Payment and card payment information

 

Accepted payment methods

On the Jeune Âme online store, you can pay securely using credit or debit cards.

We currently accept the following cards:

- Visа

- Mastercard

 

All card payments are processed online through the Monri secure payment gateway.

 

How card payment works

After selecting your products and proceeding to checkout, you will be redirected to a secure Monri payment page.

You enter your card details directly on the Monri secure form. CHERNOGORA d.o.o. / Jeune Âme does not have access to, nor does it store, your full card number or CVV code.

Once the payment is successfully authorised, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

The credit card will be charged for the full order amount according to the accepted order and the final invoice.

All card payments are charged in EUR. If your bank account is maintained in another currency, the amount will be converted by your bank in accordance with its exchange rate and conditions.


 

Security of online payments (Monri)

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.

Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.


 

Protection and use of personal data

 

CHERNOGORA d.o.o. collects only the personal data necessary to:

  • process orders
  • deliver purchased products
  • fulfil legal and accounting obligations

All collected data is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised employees and trusted service providers who require this information to perform their services.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

For card payments, personal data required for payment authorisation and billing is processed by Monri as the payment processor, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and PCI DSS requirements.


Refunds and order cancellation

You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • the products are unused and unwashed
  • all original tags and packaging are intact
  • you can provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (to the same card).

If a credit card payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail and may offer an alternative payment method.

International customers and currency conversion

All prices are displayed and charged in EUR.

If you are paying with a card issued by a bank outside the euro area, your bank may:

  • convert the transaction amount to your local currency
  • apply its own exchange rate and additional fees
